Many times, ego has hatred with it and we may not have any knowledge of it. And in the process, we end up with huge imbalances in our health & happiness. Also when we have given hatred, we are sure to receive it back and at times in abundance as every action has reaction. So lets live a normal life of love and brotherhood.
